How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Esmediallc Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you contacted Esmediallc Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Esmediallc Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@esmediallc.rest and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your concern involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
