How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who you talk to

Esmediallc Tree Service does not have tree crews. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person or business you will actually deal with. They look at the tree, give the quote and do the work.

There are no staff profiles on this site because the people who matter here are the providers near you. Each one runs their own business and sets their own schedule.

What happens after you ask

It is a short path.

  • You describe the job and the location.
  • Your request is routed to a local provider.
  • The provider asks a few questions, and may suggest a visit.
  • You get an estimate, and you decide.

Call hours vary by provider, so we do not state them. If you want to talk, request a callback to check provider availability.

What to ask a provider

A few good questions go a long way. Write them down before the call.

  • Are you licensed and insured? A solid provider will say yes without fuss and can show proof if you ask.
  • Will you give the quote in writing? The quote should list the work, the cleanup and the haul-away.
  • Who is doing the work? Ask if it is their own crew.
  • How will you protect my lawn, roof and fence? You want a clear plan, not a shrug.
  • Is stump grinding included, or extra? Know before you sign.

What a good answer sounds like

Calm and specific. The provider explains what they see and why. They do not rush you. Be careful with anyone who asks for a large payment up front, will not put a quote in writing, or says your tree must come down today without looking at it.

You are in control

Taking a call or getting an estimate does not mean you have to hire anyone. You may compare quotes. You may ask for time. You may say no. Providers do the work, and you decide who gets the job.
