Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use esmediallc.rest and the services offered through it by Esmediallc Tree Service. When you use the website, call the phone number on it, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Esmediallc Tree Service Does

Esmediallc Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a quote in writing.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial professional. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Always confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, check with your insurer and your local permit office too.
